When a former journalist Martin Sixsmith rejected the Labour Party shame, he is at a loss what to do. This changes when a young Irish woman approaching him a story about his mother, Philomena, who took my son when he was a teenage prisoner in a Catholic monastery. Martin organizes a magazine in her job search, eventually leads to America. Along the way, Martin and Philomena discover each other so much, as if the fate of his son. In addition, both find fundamental beliefs challenged. |
